Happy Sunday! This little big bump is now 30 weeks-yay! It’s been a long week of working, learning and not a lot of working out- but that’s ok! My husband and I took a CPR class earlier in the week and yesterday we went to an all-day childbirth class at the hospital where I’ll be delivering Baby Hicky. They definitely helped in making me feel a little more reassured that I can do this ๐
I did make it to CrossFit on Wednesday and did the following WODs:
5 rounds of:
10 single arm DB snatches (15#)
100 meter row
Then after a break, 5 rounds of:
12 ring rows
12 box dips
10 back lunges (45#)
I’m now about to get ready to go celebrate my cousin’s birthday so I think I’ll take another day off from working out…or I might do a quick 10 minute circuit before I jump in the shower ๐
