It took me many years to learn that exercise does not have to be torturous. It does not need to take up all of your time. I hope it doesn’t take you as long!
My workouts are tailored towards busy, high-achieving women who know that their health is their wealth.
Getting fit does not require a crazy amount of equipment.
It’s not necessary to work out for hours and hours to see results.
Forget the mindless cardio! (I love running, but to an extent…)
What is my recipe for results?
A combination of mindset work, metabolic conditioning (cardio) and strength training along with bodyweight movements focused on reconnecting the deep core muscles.
You may be frustrated by your body now, but know that it does not need to be like this. You can gain your confidence back. It will just make you thrive even more at work!
Be grateful, be patient, and know that you can make improvements, but most of all, focus on the things that are truly important. Like your family. Your children, Your relationships.
Leave the fitness and nutrition aspect to me!
And I don’t want you wasting your time with long, mindless workouts or restrictive fad diets.
All my workouts have a purpose and they are typically 10-20 minutes long. So that means the busiest bee can still do this!
Leaving you extra time to snuggle your loved ones and not fighting traffic driving to and from the gym.

A little more about me…
My name is Julia and I’m a wife and mom.
My passion for fitness started when I was a young teenager and joined my local YMCA to learn how to properly strength train.
Although I briefly joined my high school track team my junior year, I consider myself a late-bloomer as an athlete.
My first coaching experience was while attending college, where I became a volunteer body sculpting trainer for a semester of my sophomore year.
Years later, after participating in CrossFit for about 2 years, I decided to get my Level 1 certification and became a trainer.
My other passion is running. To date, I have completed 12 half-marathons and 6 marathons, including Philadelphia and New York.
I’ve lost track of the shorter races I’ve done in the past few years. I achieved a Boston Qualifier race at the Harrisburg Marathon in 2018.
